I'm going to show you how to get rid of the smell in your car in a simple step by step process. The only thing that you need is some common sense and a pocket rocket.
The first thing that you need to do is to go inside your car and take a look around your vehicle. It is important that you don't just look at the inside of your car because the odors can come from all over the place. Take a look at the seats, the carpets, everything. Once you have taken a look at your car, you will want to remove as much of the smell from it as possible. What you want to do is take the carpet out and use an airless vacuum cleaner to pick up any dust and residue that are left. Now you want to remove any pet hair, and carpet fibers that you can find.
The next thing that you want to do is to clean your air filters. If you see that there is no air filter on your car, then it is probably not getting cleaned very often. The best way to do this is to just open up the hood and pull the air filter out. Once you have removed the air filter from your car, you can use it to wash your car with a de-gassed, pH-neutral, cotton cloth.
